Madama's return policy

At Madamas, we want you to shop with peace of mind. Because every vintage jewel is unique and often carries its own history, we recommend carefully reviewing product photos, dimensions, and descriptions before placing an order. Not quite your style? No problem. Below you will find all information regarding returns, refunds, and the conditions that apply to our vintage jewelry. Transparency and personal service are always central to Madamas — even when a piece unexpectedly turns out not to suit you.

1. Return Period

Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns must always be registered in advance via the contact form on the website. The return period runs from the day the product was received by the buyer until the return was registered with Madamas - Antwerp. After this period, returns can unfortunately no longer be accepted.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

1. the jewel must be in its original condition and must not have been worn or damaged.

2. must be returned safely packaged and the original packaging must be returned with it;

3. The return must be sent insured and with Track & Trace.

The sender remains responsible for the return until it has been received by Madamas – Antwerp.

3. How to Request a Return

Please contact us using the contact form on the website.

2. State your order number and reason for return.

3. Carefully pack the jewel in its original packaging.

4. Send the return insured and with Track & Trace.

5. After receipt and inspection, we will process the return within 14 business days.

5. Refunds:

After receipt and inspection of the return, the purchase amount will be processed as a digital voucher by default. This voucher is valid indefinitely and can be used for future purchases through the webshop. Would you prefer a refund via the original payment method? This can always be requested simply when registering your return. Madamas – Antwerp reserves the right to refuse a return if the product was returned damaged or does not meet the return conditions.

6. Warranty

At Madamas – Antwerp you enjoy a 6-month warranty on hidden manufacturing or material defects. The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; damage due to dropping, impacts or improper use; damage caused by water, perfume, cosmetics or chemical products; loss of stones caused by external impact; damage caused by third parties; customized or modified jewellery. Vintage jewellery remains delicate pieces that should be handled with care.

6. Customer Service:

Madamas - Antwerp guarantees that the products delivered comply with the agreement and are free from material and manufacturing defects.

7. Take care of your jewel

To enjoy your jewel for as long as possible, we recommend:storing jewellery dry;avoiding contact with water, perfume and cleaning products;removing jewellery during exercise, sleep or showering;handling delicate pieces with care.
