6-Month Warranty Period

All jewelry at Madamas - Antwerp is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. During this period, we guarantee that the jewelry is free from material and manufacturing defects and suitable for normal use.

Procedure for Warranty Claims:

1. If you experience a problem with your jewel within the warranty period, please contact us via the contact form, stating the order number and a detailed description of the problem.

2. We will ask you to return the jewel to us for inspection. The cost of returning the jewel is at the buyer's expense.

3. Our expert goldsmith will thoroughly examine the jewel to determine whether the problem is due to material or manufacturing defects or abnormal use. We want to be sure that your jewel

4. If the goldsmith determines that the problem is due to normal wear and tear and is covered by the warranty, the piece of jewelry will be repaired.

What is meant by "Normal Use"? By "normal use", we mean wearing and caring for your jewel according to the recommended guidelines and without intentional damage or misuse. We recommend not exposing your jewel to extreme conditions or chemicals and storing it in the accompanying jewelry box.
