Madamas – Antwerp is a trade name of GoudGoed CommV, located in Antwerp, Belgium, and registered in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under company number 1022811748. By placing an order via the Madamas – Antwerp webshop, the customer agrees to the general terms and conditions below.

2. Products

Madamas – Antwerp specialises in authentic vintage jewellery. Each piece is unique and carefully selected. Because these are vintage pieces, slight signs of wear or minor imperfections may be present. These are part of the jewel's character and authenticity and are not considered defects. Product photos and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

3. Prices

All prices on the webshop are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Madamas – Antwerp reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

4. Orders

An order is final once payment has been successfully processed. Madamas – Antwerp reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of suspected fraud, misuse, or incorrect information.

5. Payment

Payments are made using the payment methods available on the webshop. All transactions are processed securely via external payment providers.

6. Shipping

Madamas – Antwerp ships orders carefully packaged and insured. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination and transport service. Madamas – Antwerp is not liable for delays caused by external transport partners.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

The following products are excluded from returns: earrings; personalised jewellery; adjusted rings or custom-made jewellery.

8. Warranty

Madamas – Antwerp offers a 6-month warranty on hidden manufacturing or material defects. The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; improper use; damage due to impact or external factors; loss of stones caused by impact; damage caused by water, perfume, or chemical products; alterations made by third parties. Vintage jewellery remains delicate and should be handled with care.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Madamas – Antwerp website, including photos, texts, logos, and designs, remains the property of Madamas – Antwerp and may not be used or copied without written permission.
